It reaches 52 - 58 Rockwell (HRC) hardness in 4116 - 4034 Quality Stainless Steel Heat Treatment Furnaces.
After our heat treatment steps, steel provides high corrosion resistance, increase in mechanical properties and strength.
European origin Stainless steels were used in the material supply of our swords that we designed with care and attention.
We provide high abrasion resistance, fatigue strength and sustainable homogeneous hardness in our swords after the heat treatment process.
For 4034 quality sword & blade materials, after a gradual heating technique over certain temperatures of over 1000 degrees, the desired hardness is reduced in 500-600 degrees in 5-6 hours in the state-of-the-art temper furnaces with a minimum of 2 tempering.
Homogeneous hardness and shiny material are guaranteed within the structure.

It is One Piece. The handle is mounted on the steel with Rivet. (It is produced as resistant to impacts.)
