4116 - 4034 Quality Stainless Steel Heat Treatment Furnaces reach 52 - 58 Rockwell (HRC) hardness.
After our heat treatment stages, steel provides high corrosion resistance, increase in mechanical properties and strength.

We provide high abrasion resistance, fatigue strength and sustainable homogeneous hardness in our swords after heat treatment process.
For 4034 quality sword & knife materials, after being kept at constant temperatures after gradual heating technique at certain temperatures over 1000 degrees, desired hardness is reduced with minimum 2 tempering in 500-600 degrees in latest technology temper furnaces for 5-6 hours.
Homogeneous hardness and glossy material is guaranteed in the structure.
